Every element of the design has been shaped through Aspinall’s detailed feedback and extensive player testing, resulting in a dart that feels instinctive, powerful, and ready for the highest level of performance.
Each barrel is made from high-density 95% tungsten, allowing for a slim profile that supports tight groupings and exceptional control. The carefully engineered tapered front profile reflects Nathan’s preferred balance point, creating a natural and confident placement in the hand. This shape encourages a smooth, consistent throwing motion that players can rely on.
The grip has been meticulously crafted using multiple CNC milling and re-machining techniques to produce a blend of fine ring cuts and deeper radial grooves. This combination creates a multi-layered texture that feels secure without being overly aggressive, giving players a balanced level of traction and comfort. Finished with a black PVD coating, the barrel gains improved durability and a bold contrast against the vibrant red detailing, echoing Aspinall’s unmistakable style.
The set includes Swiss Storm Points in both 26mm and 30mm lengths, each engineered to create a seamless transition between point and barrel. This smooth connection enhances aerodynamics and helps reduce deflection during close-grouped throws. With the Swiss Point system, switching points is fast, secure, and straightforward. Completing the dart setup are exclusive K-Flex No.2 short flights and shafts, produced using precision injection moulding to form a durable, one-piece integrated system. This design provides consistent 90-degree flight alignment and removes issues such as wobbling or loosening during play. The transparent red finish with subtle metallic gradients and Nathan’s “The Asp” branding adds a modern, confident look that mirrors his presence on the oche.
